1. Shipping
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch times may be extended. Should there be a significant delay in shipping, we will notify you by email.
2. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If an incorrect address has been entered, please contact us immediately.
3. Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to additional fees.
4. Lost Or Stolen Packages
STRICTLY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly and, if necessary, local authorities.
5. Returns
STRICTLY allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

6. Import Duties And Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis where available. This means duties and taxes are collected at checkout and no further fees will be required at delivery. In regions where DDP is not available, the customer will be responsible for settling all import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
