4. Lost Or Stolen Packages

STRICTLY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly and, if necessary, local authorities.

5. Returns

STRICTLY allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis where available. This means duties and taxes are collected at checkout and no further fees will be required at delivery.
